SOLAR Hope aims to light 100 more homes with solar home systems through Tanglaw Batch 3 to help families recover from the challenges brought by the pandemic. This is part of the 300 solar home systems to be installed in partnership with ATECo in which they are tasked for the funding of the solar home systems and training while SOLAR Hope is tasked for the coordination with the community for the installation of the solar home systems. In line with this, we would be needing your support to fund our outreaches in bringing this solar home systems to the communities. The funds would be used for the logistical expenses such as transportation, meals, and tokens for community champions.
The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged many of us and has affected the marginalized communities the most. Many have lost their jobs, have struggled in keeping up with the new modality of education and have even lost their loved ones. Even our operations were not exempted to this. We have faced difficulties in bringing light to our adopted communities because of the restrictions, health protocols, and lack of funds and volunteers. Yet this will not hinder us in pursuing our mission of becoming beacons of hope.
You can extend your hand to them by SHARING YOUR TREASURE WHILE STAYING AT HOME. Treasure Volunteering allows you to donate either via Paypal or with your credit/debit card so you can be beacons of hope and light up a home.
