The UPCCFI is a charitable organization dedicated to improve the quality of lives of the sick, disabled and disadvantaged by empowering the individual and by providing health and welfare assistance.
The UPCCFI was organized in 1948 with approved CBL by President Vidal Tan on 9 January, 1952 Registered with the SEC on 15 January 2010. The UPCCFI is a charitable organization of UP System involved in civic welfare activities. We provide programs and services on Health and wellness, Livelihood, Safety and Preparedness, Environment Awareness, Medical Assistance thru Financial assistance/ reimbursement. Our beneficiaries are UP Community (Both members and non-members), Marginalized Sectors within and and outside the UP Diliman: Children , Youth, Women, Men, Household, Employee, Senior Citizen and Differently abled person.
