Our guiding philosophy is that no one should live in abject poverty. With the right training, resources and support, the strongholds of poverty can be broken. And as these chains are broken, results have shown remarkable progress in people’s lives.
Who we serve: Unknown to very many, ICM has quietly continued to reach the ultrapoor in the Philippines since 1992. Our ultrapoor target segment is defined as a person from the far-flung regions of Visayas and Mindanao, making less than P18 a day, supporting an average of 5 family members. Areas of operation: Bacolod, Bohol, Cebu, Dipolog, Dumaguete, General Santos, Koronadal, Iloilo, Palawan, and Roxas. Milestones: In line with our 25th Anniversary, come this September 2017, 1,000,000 ultrapoor individuals will have benefited from our holistic, business-approached program called Transform.
