Mission statement

NCFPI envisions to make comprehensive and craniofacial care accessible to Filipinos by empowering Filipino professionals in the delivery of competent treatment that meets international standards for cleft lip or cleft palate patients and other patients with craniofacial abnormalities.


<p>Noordhoff Craniofacial Foundation Philippines, Inc. or NCFPI is a non-profit organization accredited by PCNC and DSWD, dedicated to make excellent and compassionate comprehensive cleft and craniofacial treatment and care accessible to Filipinos especially the indigents by establishing sustainable world-class craniofacial centers in the Philippines operated by a team of empowered Filipino professionals.</p><p>Aside from cleft surgeries, NCFPI offers orthognathic surgeries, Naso-alveolar Molding (NAM) for infants, genetic counseling, pediatric care, speech therapy classes, naso-pharygeal scoping (NPS), general dental services, pediatric dental care, orthodontic treatment and other social and psychosocial services.</p><p>The NCF corporate motto worldwide is "<strong>Love makes whole</strong>". </p><p>In the Philippines, NCFPI translates the outcome of unselfish gift of self through love and service to its patients in its tagline, “<strong>Bawat Pinoy May Ngiti”. </strong></p><p>NCFPI commits itself to the following core values:</p><ul><li><strong>COMPASSION</strong> – willingness in providing holistic care to cleft and craniofacial patients and advocating for their social acceptance and integration.</li><li><strong>COMMITMENT</strong> – working with passion and dedication to help restore the smiles of patients.</li><li><strong>TEAMWORK AND CAMARADERIE</strong> – supporting and valuing co-volunteers and colleagues thus promoting a positive environment</li><li><strong>COMPETENCE AND EXCELLENCE</strong> – striving to be the best by providing professional treatment that meet international standards and continuing to gain new knowledge on cleft and craniofacial care</li><li><strong>FAMILY-ORIENTED</strong> – involving the family in providing the needed support system for the patients especially in its treatment process</li><li><strong>SERVICE</strong> – putting the needs of the patients at the heart of everything we do</li><li><strong>STEWARDSHIP</strong> – utilizing resources efficiently to serve more patients better</li><li><strong>INTEGRITY</strong> – upholding the highest ethical standards; promoting trust and respect with donors and partners</li></ul>
