<p>Hirayang Kabataan is a group of people who envisions a better Philippines led by the youth for every Filipino. The problem begins with the collective gap of leadership in our country. We are convinced that this gap can be filled by a future generation of leaders. Our children are the future. If we are to build a country governed by leaders with competence and integrity, then we must focus on building a youth which can lead with both competence and integrity. Hirayang Kabataan aims to accomplish this through a nationwide youth leadership development program which will run in every region. This program aims to develop the youth into becoming heroic leaders who constantly Seeks to Understand, Chooses to Respond, and Acts Towards Creating Positive Change. </p>
