This November 16, 2025, join the Sign Language Interpreters of Davao Region (SLIDAR) for Beyond Silence, a meaningful event for Deaf Awareness Week. Together, let’s break barriers, embrace understanding, and celebrate the beauty of Filipino Sign Language (FSL).

❓What’s Happening:
This workshop aims to foster inclusivity by raising awareness about Deaf culture, correcting misconceptions about deafness, and equipping hearing individuals with basic FSL skills. Whether you’re a volunteer, an advocate, or simply someone eager to learn, your participation makes a difference.
🚗 How to Get There:
Search “Zion: Hidden Garden Jacuzzi Hill” on Google Maps for accurate directions.
If you’re coming from downtown Davao, head toward Shrine Hills. The road going up is in front of Matina Sabongan beside a nearby convenience store. From Kanto Shrine Hills, you can take a tricycle going up to Jacuzzi Hill, most drivers know the place! Private parking is also available.
