• ​VICE PRESIDENT FOR INTERNAL AFFAIRS ​Responsible for overseeing the organization's internal operations, ensuring efficiency and cohesion among departments, and maintaining a positive and productive environment for all members and volunteers.
• VICE PRESIDENT FOR EXTERNAL AFFAIRS ​Focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships with external partners, sponsors, and stakeholders, and managing the organization's public image and outreach initiatives.
• EXECUTIVE SECRETARY ​Manages crucial administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation of meetings (minutes), and ensuring effective communication flow within the executive board and the entire organization.
• FINANCE OFFICER ​Handles all financial planning, record-keeping, budgeting, and reporting for the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
• ​HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER ​Manages the volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and maintaining volunteer welfare and engagement.
• SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER ​Develops and executes social media strategies to increase the organization's visibility, engage the community, and promote its advocacy and events across various platforms.
• LOGISTICS OFFICER ​Oversees the planning, execution, and coordination of resources, venues, and materials for all organizational events and activities, ensuring smooth and successful operations.
• ​PODCAST AND VLOG MANAGER ​Manages the conceptualization, production, and promotion of the organization's audio (podcast) and video (vlog) content to expand reach and advocate for inclusion.
