SOS Children’s Village Davao is inviting kind-hearted volunteers to join us for a One-Day Clean-Up Activity as we work together to clean and refresh our old Kinder school.
This activity aims to restore and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space for the children. Your support will help us prepare the area for future use and ensure a healthy environment for everyone in the village.
This is a simple yet meaningful way to give back. With your helping hands, we can make this task lighter, faster, and more enjoyable. We truly appreciate anyone willing to share their time and energy with us.
Volunteer Tasks:
• General cleaning of the old Kinder school
• Sweeping, wiping, and organizing materials
• Assisting in decluttering and proper disposal of waste
• Supporting basic maintenance and clean-up
What to Bring:
• Packed lunch / food
• Drinking water
• Towel
• Extra shirt or clothes
• Comfortable clothes and closed shoes
• Personal hygiene items (alcohol, wipes, etc.)
• Cleaning materials (optional but appreciated)
• Food for sharing (optional but appreciated)
Reminders:
• Please arrive on time at 8:00 AM for a short orientation.
• Wear comfortable clothes suitable for cleaning activities.
• Some tasks may involve light to moderate physical activity.
• Please be respectful of the children, staff, and village environment.
• Kindly confirm your attendance in advance.
