A volunteer will wait for you by the cafe entrance (the entrance inside, not the door facing the parking lot)
Please text when you arrive.
Starbucks is just the meet-up place, the meeting will be at the 3rd floor (we're not leaving the mall). We will move together with the volunteers.

Role:

-Attend the meeting and take down notes

-Volunteer secretary for the day

-Highlight deadlines, notable fees discussed, contact persons, and deliverables by the team

Expectations:

-Bring your own water

-No fee to attend the meeting

-Please bring your own pen and paper

-Light snacks will be provided
