Water Filter Distribution Project aims to provide access to safe and potable drinking water for indigent families in Brgy. Batobato, San Isidro, Davao Oriental, particularly in the puroks of Malinawon 1, Malinawon 2, Malinawon 3, Malinawon 4, Mangga, Mauswagon, Perlas, and Waling-Waling.
Through the provision of water filters, the project seeks to address challenges related to unsafe water sources, reduce the risk of waterborne diseases, and improve the overall health and well-being of community residents, especially children and the elderly. The initiative also aims to strengthen community resilience by promoting sustainable access to clean water.
This project is implemented in partnership with Waves For Water Philippines, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Philippines Foundation, the Sangguniang Kabataan Council and Barangay Council of Brgy. Batobato, and the Municipal Government of San Isidro, Davao Oriental, demonstrating a shared commitment to improving the quality of life of underserved communities through collective action and service.
