Volunteer Event
The SOS Children's Village Davao will be conducting its fundraising activity through Pickle Ball Tournament on September 27-28, 2026. We are looking for someone or group of volunteers who are willing to lend their expertise, time, and dedication in helping the children and youth through the staff of the organization.
This fundraising activity is also part of the 45th Founding Anniversary of the organization. Signifying its years of milestone in serving and giving the support for the children in need. Children whom were in vulnerable circumstances, challenging the factors of community deviation, and fighting to survive.
Expectation:
-We will provide the snacks, certificate, and things needed for the fundraising activity that is demanded.
-Before going to the village, please approach Mr. Ben or Ms. Celine for the Child Safeguarding orientation.
-Committees' needed for this event will be created based from the Sports Coordinator's request.
Reminders:
-This will be a 2-3 months period of volunteerism, as your expertise and guidance will be needed throughout the timeline of the event.
Landmark:
-If Bajada Road going to SM Lanang or SPMC - Cybergate Robinsons or Water District Bajada, Kanto Seven Eleven papasok.
-If from Agdao going to SPMC - Arrive at Assumption College, kanto Panadero or Central Convenience
-If from R.Castillo avenue - Arrive at kanto DIY near at the BPI R.Castillo Branch.
Instructions how to get there:
-Each kanto has its own torno for tricycles, minimum fare going to SOS Children's Village Davao will be, Php 15-20/pax.
