Join Amihan sa Dahican - Balud sa Paglaom (Amihan) and iVolunteer Philippines as we spend a weekend caring for one of Mati's most beautiful coastlines. Meet fellow changemakers, experience the beauty of Dahican Beach, and be part of a community that's creating impact—one shoreline at a time.
📍 Location: Dahican Beach, City of Mati
📅 Date: July 26, 2026 (Sunday 5am to 7:30am)
🕝 Assembly: 5am at Amihan sa Dahican
🌿 What to expect:
🫧 Coastal Clean-Up
🤝 Meet and work alongside fellow volunteers
🌊 Experience the beauty of Dahican while giving back to the environment
💙 Spend your weekend creating a meaningful impact for our oceans
🎒 Things to bring:
☀️ Comfortable clothes and footwear suitable for beach activities
🧴 Sunscreen, hat or cap, and a reusable water bottle
🧤 Gloves (optional but recommended)
🥪 Snacks and beverages
📌 Please take note:
• Transportation to and from Mati, as well as other personal expenses, will be shouldered by each volunteer.
• An optional donation may be collected from participants who wish to join the Dugong Watching activity.
• Participants are encouraged to stay with the group throughout the activity for everyone's safety.
• Alcohol consumption is not encouraged during the activity.
• Additional reminders, event protocols, and important guidelines will be discussed during the Volunteer Orientation.
