Create Foundation is a nonprofit organization advocating for digital inclusion in the Philippines, particularly in three areas of exclusion — low computer ownership, internet poverty, and limited digital literacy — to ensure that every Filipino has the opportunity and capability to use technology for a comfortable and meaningful life.

To help us bridge the digital divide in the Philippines, we are looking for Create Foundation Ambassadors — individuals who will serve as our public representatives, whose role centers on community outreach and brand awareness.

The role of a Volunteer Ambassador can be divided into three tracks: 

  • Content and Social Media Advocacy 
  • Fundraising and Resource Mobilization
  • Outreach and Partnerships 

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and above
  • Able to commit to at least 3-5 hours a week.
  • Must have an active, public social media profile (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn)
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal device (laptop, phone, or tablet) to carry out ambassador tasks
  • Must have strong written and/or verbal communication skills in English and/or Filipino
  • Track-specific skills where relevant (e.g., writing/design/video editing for Track 1; networking/sales for Track 2; relationship-building for Track 3)
  • Nice-to-have: Prior volunteer or advocacy experience
  • Nice-to-have: Existing network or community reach (e.g., active in a school org, professional group, or online community
