We are a nonprofit organization that uses volleyball and other intentional activities to help Filipino children and youth become better individuals through holistic development.

VISION: We envision empowering children and youth to become changemakers in their communities through sports.

MISSION: Provide an inclusive and holistic program that builds self-confidence, resilience, and character among children, youth, and the community.

While sports is at the heart of what we do, we also believe that meaningful learning happens beyond the volleyball court. Every month, we hold recreational activity days where our partner communities celebrate special occasions such as Women's Month, Buwan ng Wika, Christmas, and other themed events that encourage creativity, teamwork, self-expression, and personal growth.

If you enjoy working with children and youth and want to create fun and meaningful experiences for them, we'd love to have you join our volunteer team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate games, arts and crafts, team-building activities, and other recreational sessions.
• Help prepare activity materials before each session.
• Encourage children and youth to participate in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Assist in documenting activities and helping with event logistics when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate about empowering children and youth.
• Enjoys facilitating activities and interacting with children.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• No teaching or facilitation experience required.
• Can commit to volunteering at least once a month.

ACTIVITY SCHEDULE: Once a month (usually weekdays in the afternoon)
