Beat Burnout: Mental Wellness Forum at the World of Safety and Security Expo, organized by Kapwa Kolektive, Inc. in partnership with WorldBEX Services International.
The forum convened advocates, professionals, educators, public servants, first responders, creatives, students, volunteers, and community leaders for an evening of meaningful conversations on mental wellness, safety, and security. The program featured an AI-powered discussion on mental wellness, expert presentations from leaders in education, emergency response, and public health, and a multi-sectoral panel discussion highlighting the importance of companionship, psychological safety, and collaborative mental health interventions.
Through the exchange of knowledge, lived experiences, and practical insights, participants strengthened their understanding of burnout prevention, resilience, and the shared responsibility of creating safer, healthier, and more compassionate schools, workplaces, organizations, and communities.
