Responsibilities:

  • Capture meaningful moments throughout the event.
  • Capture candid moments that reflect the event’s atmosphere and community engagement.
  • Avoid taking identifiable photos of participants who do not wish to be photographed.
  • Provide photos that can be used for documentation and future awareness campaigns.

Expectations:

  • Arrive on time and stay for the duration of the event
  • Be attentive to important moments during the event.
  • Maintain professionalism while taking photographs.
  • Submit all photos to the organizing committee after the event.
