Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule posts across official social media platforms before, during, and after the event.
Share real-time updates, highlights, photos, and short clips to keep that audience informed and engaged.
Write clear, respectful, and positive captions aligned with the event’s theme of peace and unity.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond politely and professionally.
Coordinate with the documentation team to receive and use content for posts.
Ensure all content follows privacy rules and does not include participations who opted out of being featured.
Track engagement and share a short summary of reach and activity after the event.

Expectations:

Arrive on time and stay updated throughout the event timeline.
Post content promptly while maintaining accuracy and relevance.
Uphold a respectable, inclusive, and professional voice at all times.
Adhere to the event’s guidelines and avoid sharing any sensitive or inappropriate material.
Submit a final report of social media activity and insights to the organizing committee after the event.
