iVolunteer Philippines is a non profit organization run 100% by volunteers, who take part in nation building as ambassadors of volunteerism.
As a Volunteer Manager under the Volunteer Engagement and Development (VED), you will help create meaningful opportunities for people to discover, experience, and deepen their involvement in volunteerism. You will take the lead in organizing Start Your Adventure (SYA) activities while also getting opportunities to engage with volunteers and contribute to the wider iVolunteer community.
Role Description:
Plan, coordinate, and successfully implement at least two (2) Start Your Adventure (SYA) activities within the project period.
Manage the end to end implementation of SYA, including program preparation, volunteer staffing, participant coordination, logistics, and post event activities.
Coordinate with relevant iVolunteer Internal Teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and alignment of each SYA with iVolunteer’s objectives.
Document and evaluate each SYA, including participant feedback, key insights, challenges, and recommendations for improving future activities.
Support the implementation of Community Meet Up (CMU) led by the current Volunteer Manager by assisting in planning, coordination, volunteer engagement, logistics, and on ground activities.
Bring insights, feedback, and needs gathered from volunteers into iVolunteer for possible programs, initiatives, and improvements.
Engage with iVolunteer Internal Teams and contribute to the strategic direction of VED’s volunteer engagement and community development initiatives.
Participate in and support VED and iVolunteer activities beyond assigned SYA responsibilities, including volunteer engagement activities and on ground initiatives.
Maintain relevant records, event documentation, and reports to track impact, progress, and volunteer engagement.

Adaptability and teamwork, with the ability to work effectively in a fully volunteer run, virtual, and collaborative environment.
Important: The Volunteer Manager's engagement will not be limited to Start Your Adventure activities. The role holder is encouraged to actively participate in VED and iVolunteer activities, including community engagement and on ground volunteer initiatives, to better understand and contribute to the wider iVolunteer community.
Volunteers who sign up for the role will be scheduled for a short online interview from August 24 to 28, 2026.
