As part of the Internals & Organization Development (IOD) team, our Internal Volunteer Relations & Operations Associates help manage the volunteer lifecycle — ensuring that our people records, processes, and insights support both our volunteers and the organization.
Role Description
As an Internal Volunteer Relations & Operations Associate, you will:
- Co-manage the iVolunteer PH Masterlist, ensuring that volunteer information, engagement status, and other relevant records are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Support volunteer onboarding and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate and document volunteer engagement closures.
- Consolidate and provide a monthly summary of volunteer exits and feedback
- Co-manage Volunteer Intelligence initiatives with the Internal Volunteer Relations & Operations Officer.
- Help strengthen and continuously improve internal volunteer processes, records, documentation, and operational practices across the volunteer lifecycle.
- Be an ambassador of volunteerism, uphold iVolunteer’s values, and collaborate actively with fellow volunteers across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to work with someone who:
- Has experience or demonstrated capability in project management.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and can help manage volunteer databases, records, and documentation.
- Has knowledge and interest in human resources, volunteer development, people operations, and people engagement.
- Can handle volunteer information and organizational records with care, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with different people and teams.
- Can work effectively in a primarily virtual, volunteer-driven organization with a start-up culture.
- Demonstrates initiative, ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Most importantly, has the passion to promote volunteerism and contribute to nation-building.
Recruitment Process
Volunteers who sign up for the role will be scheduled for a short interview with the iVolunteer team.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to the in-person Orientation on 19 September 2026.
