iVolunteer Philippines is a nonprofit organization run 100% by volunteers, who take part in nation building as ambassadors of volunteerism.
As a Volunteer Manager under the Volunteer Engagement and Development (VED) Team, you’ll help build and strengthen our volunteer community through activities, engagement, and meaningful opportunities to get involved.
You’ll take the lead in organizing Start Your Adventure (SYA) activities while also working closely with volunteers, internal teams, and community partners.
What you’ll do
Plan, coordinate, and implement at least two (2) Start Your Adventure (SYA) activities within the project period
Manage the end to end implementation of SYA, including program preparation, volunteer staffing, participant coordination, logistics, and post event activities
Coordinate with relevant iVolunteer teams and stakeholders to ensure activities are aligned with iVolunteer’s objectives
Support the implementation of Community Meet Ups (CMU) through planning, coordination, volunteer engagement, logistics, and on ground activities
Engage with volunteers and bring their experiences, feedback, and needs into VED for possible programs, initiatives, and improvements
Document and evaluate activities, including participant feedback, key insights, challenges, and recommendations
Participate in VED and iVolunteer activities beyond assigned SYA responsibilities
Maintain relevant records, documentation, and reports to track progress, impact, and volunteer engagement
Who we’re looking for
A college graduate
Willing to do fieldwork, community visits, meetings, and on ground activities
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with and engaging people
