We are a nonprofit organization that uses volleyball and other activities to support Filipino youth's holistic development and help them become better individuals.

For the GDP Tournament, we’re looking for a volunteer photographer who can capture the energy of the games, the determination of our young athletes, and the moments that show the power of sports in bringing communities together.

Your photos will help us share our communities’ stories, celebrate our athletes’ journeys, and inspire more people to support grassroots sports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take photos of tournament matches, players, coaches, volunteers, and key event moments.
• Capture action shots, team interactions, candid moments, and event highlights.
• Submit captured photos to the team after the event, following the agreed process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate about photography, volleyball, and youth sports advocacy.
• Background in photography is an advantage.
• Has a good eye for timing, composition, and storytelling.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can commit to giving at least 4 hours to help organize our tournament children and youth in our partner school, and those who are abused, neglected, orphaned, street children, and children in conflict with the law in a temporary shelter.

NOTES:

• Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own camera and photography equipment. SSPI can provide one camera only, which may be shared or assigned depending on event needs.
• If you don’t have a camera, a smartphone that can capture high-quality photos is also welcome.
• We'll provide a shot list and event guidelines before the tournament.

Once you sign up, our team will contact you to discuss the event details and how we can work together.

If you're interested in helping us empower children and youth through volleyball and share your passion for the sport, we would love to get to know you.
