We are a nonprofit organization that uses volleyball and other activities to support Filipino youth's holistic development and help them become better individuals.

For the GDP Tournament, we’re looking for a volunteer photographer who can capture the energy of the games, the determination of our young athletes, and the moments that show the power of sports in bringing communities together.

Your photos will help us share our communities’ stories, celebrate our athletes’ journeys, and inspire more people to support grassroots sports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record tournament matches, player highlights, team huddles, candid moments, and event activities.
• Capture footage that reflects the tournament's energy and the experiences of our athletes and communities.
• Organize and submit video files after the event following the agreed process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate about videography, storytelling, volleyball, and youth sports advocacy.
• Background in videography, video editing, or content creation is an advantage.
• Familiar with capturing stable, clear footage in an active sports environment.
• Can commit to giving at least 4 hours to help organize our tournament children and youth in our partner school, and those who are abused, neglected, orphaned, street children, and children in conflict with the law in a temporary shelter.

NOTES:

• Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own video recording equipment, such as a camera, smartphone, or other suitable gear.
• A smartphone that can record high-quality video is absolutely welcome! You don’t need professional equipment to help us capture meaningful tournament moments.
• We'll provide a shot list and event guidelines before the tournament.

Once you sign up, our team will contact you to discuss the event details and how we can work together.

If you're interested in helping us empower children and youth through volleyball and share your passion for the sport, we would love to get to know you.
