We are Spike and Serve Philippines, Inc. (SSPI), a nonprofit organization that uses volleyball and other sports-based activities to support the holistic development of Filipino children and youth, particularly those from underserved communities.

For our One-Day Volleyball League (ODL) for a Cause, we’re looking for a Volunteer Photographer who can capture the excitement of the games, the passion of participating teams, and the moments that bring people together for a meaningful cause.

As a fundraising tournament, ODL is more than just a day of competition. It is an opportunity to raise support for volleyball training essentials for 14 grassroots communities across Luzon and help bring over 500 young athletes to Araw ng Pasasalamat 2026. Through your photos, you can help us document the event, share its impact, and inspire more people to support grassroots sports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Photograph tournament matches, participating teams, players, coaches, volunteers, and event activities.
• Capture action shots, team interactions, candid moments, and tournament highlights.
• Document the fundraising activities and moments that reflect the event’s purpose.
• Submit captured photos to the SSPI team after the event, following the agreed process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate about photography, volleyball, and youth sports advocacy.
• Background or experience in photography is an advantage.
• Has a good eye for timing, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced tournament environment.
• Can commit to volunteering for at least 4 hours on event day.

NOTES:

Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own camera and photography equipment. We can provide one camera (Fujifilm XT20 with kit lens) only, which may be shared or assigned depending on event needs.

If you don’t have a camera, a smartphone capable of taking high-quality photos (as long as not blurry and can capture closer shots) is also welcome.

We’ll provide a shot list and event guidelines before the tournament.

Once you sign up, our team will contact you to discuss the event details and how we can work together.

If you love photography and want to use your skills to support a meaningful cause, we’d love to have you join us! Help us capture the moments that make every game count. ❤️
