The Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) is a child-caring facility that provides care and services to abandoned, neglected and/or surrendered children 0 - 6 years old. It aims to help the child achieve survival, development and rehabilitation. It has a bed capacity of seventy - five (75). At such a young age these children are either neglected or abandoned by their families and relatives, some of them are given up for adoption or foster placement. Social Workers managing these children assist them in finding alternative parental care. Houseparents are the ones accompanying them in the cottages inside RSCC and takes care of their daily activities. Volunteers who will be spending their time and talent with these children will serve as their "ate" and "kuya" who will definitely enjoy telling puppet stories and games with them.
