If you choose to be an "Elf", you are pledging 1 sack of dog food (Optima Beef, Go Natural Sensitivity or Royal Canin Renal) to be delivered in CARA Clinic at 175 Lopez Rizal St. cor. Samat St., Mandaluyong City.
