Bigas para sa kapatid nating Lumads (Indigenous People)!
Citizens Disaster Response Center (CDRC) is appealing for donations for about 130 Lumad students, their families and teachers who are presently camping out at the UP Campus in Diliman Quezon City. The Lumads came all the way from Mindanao to highlight their demand for their right to education. They left their schools in their villages because these are being bombed or occupied by military forces.
The CDRC helps the least served and the most vulnerable Filipinos. Support it and our Lumad brothers by donating any of the following items:
1. Bigas
2. Mosquito nets
3. Blankets
4. Pillows
5. Notebooks
6. Pencils
Drop off your donation at the CDRC booth from 3-4pm on Sunday, December 10 at Ayala Triangle Gardens
For those who are joining Time Please, you will get 1 hour credit for your donations.
