Role description:Collect data about our partner organizations. These data will help improve our value-add to our partnership as well as improve overall volunteer experience.
Competencies required:
1. Has good operational discipline who can regularly coordinator across stakeholder.
2. Knowledgeable to use Excel and can create documentations and reports.
3. Has experience on Quality Management and/or Customer Service
4. Works effectively in a virtual organization with a startup culture and collaborates well being part of a team
5. Is professional and accountable as a volunteer
6. Is actively leveraging or willing to be active in Facebook which is the main collaboration tool of iVolunteer
