The Ateneo Art Gallery is looking for Volunteers!

Learn more about museum work and Philippine modern and contemporary art by volunteering for the Ateneo Art Gallery!

Ateneo Art Gallery’s Volunteer Program promotes the enjoyment of art and contributes to the museum’s educational mission. Our volunteers are given the opportunity to work with the AAG team through museum work while developing new knowledge and skills in the process. Through their involvement with the museum, volunteers will get the opportunity to enhance visitor experience with their understanding of the museum collection and exhibitions.

As a volunteer, you are expected to:

Join the day-long docent training conducted by the museum staff
Assist the team in guiding visitors through the different exhibitions in the gallery
Assist as marshall for crowd control- when needed –during tours
Assist the team during set-up and registration for workshops and/or talks

Qualifications:

13 years old and above
Must be ready to engage with various audiences
Must have an interest in arts & culture
Must be available for whole day orientation on April 6 (Friday)
Must be willing to report to the museum twice a week, with a minimum of three (3) hours per day.
