This 2014, A Cause Play Event focuses on empowering volunteers and kids to help others with a purpose. In the morning, there will be character building and trivia games, fitness and costume making for the children. These 3 activities will emphasize entails heart, mind and body. 100 kids from Virlanie Foundation will be joining us.
Volunteers are encouraged to wear any costume they wish. It can be a national hero (i.e Jose Rizal, Andres Bonifacio), super hero (i.e. Avengers, X-Men characters) or any person profession that is a hero for you (i.e parents, teachers, doctors).
U! Happy charges volunteers a sponsor fee of Php 250, which enables a child to get a shirt for the costume making and food. This fee also includes your food, materials for the games, venue, ID and other expenses for the event. Excess funds will be turned over to Virlanie Foundation for their educational programs.
