The Ateneo Art Gallery is looking for volunteers! Join us in creating an outdoor art installation by Ling Quisumbing Ramilo and Wawi Navarroza from 22 March to 6 April 2019.

Learn more about museum work and Philippine modern and contemporary art by volunteering for the Ateneo Art Gallery.

As a volunteer this March to April, you are expected to:

Work with Ling Quisumbing Ramilo and Wawi Navarroza for two weeks to complete an art installation before its launch on 7 April, 2019 (Sunday)
Tasks include cutting multiple fabrics into strips and tying them on nets
Assist the museum staff on other installation requirements

Qualifications:

16 years old and above
Must be willing to work with our team for two weeks starting March 22 (Friday) to April 6 (Saturday), from 4 pm onwards. Schedule adjustments may be discussed with our Exhibitions Coordinator on the first day of the program.

The Ateneo Art Gallery’s Volunteer Program promotes the enjoyment of art and contributes to the museum’s educational mission. Our volunteers are given the opportunity to work with the AAG team through museum work while developing new knowledge and skills in the process. Through their involvement with the museum, volunteers will get the opportunity to enhance visitor experience with their understanding of the museum collection and exhibitions.
