Be a Graphic Designer for the Ignite Awards for Human Rights!

Human Rights & Justice | Apr 22, 2019 | Volunteer Event

Amnesty International Philippines believes that inspiring people into taking action on behalf of those whose rights have been violated or abused ensures that no one is ever left behind, alone or forgotten. There is always someone somewhere speaking out and standing up for another. For those many individuals who have ignited and inspired many others towards taking action for human rights, the road sometimes becomes long and lonely, a tough struggle.

To honor the unwavering commitment of human rights defenders, Amnesty International launched Ignite Awards for Human Rights in 2017 as a way of giving back to the human rights community in the country by giving human rights defenders the highest accord for the work they do.

While Ignite Awards seek to honor individuals and organizations that are not Amnesty members, its very own human rights defenders were not forgotten. The Brave Award, co-cycles with Ignite Awards’ and is  given to active Amnesty International Philippines members.

As we open Season 2 of the Ignite Awards, we're putting together a team of graphic designers who would create the overall branding of the event and the subsequent collaterals that would both showcase the Season 1 awardees and their human rights work, and introduce Season 2 nominations.
