We are the accredited citizens' arm of COMELEC for this 2019 Mid Term Elections. With this, we will be having our unofficial parallel counting of votes. We need your help to encode all the Election Returns (ERs) from all the precincts in the country. Meals will be provided to the signed up volunteers.
