Volunteer roles
Logistics Coordinator
Logistics coordinator are tasked to maintain the orderliness and alignment of the event to the planned schedule of activities. They shall be the one to monitor and guide the team towards achieving the desired outcome of the event. The roles and responsibilities are stated but not limited to:
1. Entertaining the guests/participants of the event 2. Facilitating the registration 3. Assisting of guests/participants through the activities 4. Monitoring and reminding event staff of activities to be done with reference to the planned schedule of activities
Events Media Coordinator Events Media Coordinator are tasked for the media coverage and media documentation of the event. The roles and responsibilities are stated but not limited to:
1. Media coverage and documentation 2. Production of video presentation/s 3. Shots needed: action shots, long/wide-angled shots, still shots
Co-facilitator Co-facilitators are tasked to assist the facilitator in the activity. They shall guide and challenge the participants to maximize learning.
