Project name/title: NetSuite Documentation Owner
One of iVolunteer's objective is to be a model of sustainability in the volunteerism landscape through partnerships. Through the NetSuite's grant, iVolunteer can improve its financial processes thereby sustaining its operations in serving more communities and Filipino volunteers.
To document critical processes of iVolunteer's migration and operation in NetSuite in a way that it is easily understandable by new members of Finance Team or non-finance person.
Role & Responsibility:
• Recognize migration processes in NetSuite
• Understand all accounting processes involved in iVolunteer's financial transactions using NetSuite Program.
• Document these process flow
• Get alignment and approval for the accounting process manual
