Objective of the event:

>> The workshop aims to expose the girls to alternative and fun ways to stay physically fit by doing Zumba. The workshop also raises awareness of having a healthy lifestyle in today’s world.

>> Volunteers will be the kuyas and ates of the kids for the afternoon. They will be paired/grouped with the kids to do the Zumba workshop and the different activities prepared throughout the whole event.

Beneficiary: The Holy Family Home Foundation Inc.

A non-profit organization managed by the Congregation of the Capuchin Tertiary Sisters of the Holy Family, a congregation with Franciscan Amigonian Spirituality. Holy Family Home provides long-term residential care, protection, and rehabilitation for over 30 abandoned, neglected, orphaned, and physically abused girls. The foundation aims to give the girls under its care with complete service that caters to the personal, emotional, and spiritual needs of each child. (www.holyfamilyhome.org)

Other Details: 

Once your slot is confirmed, just show up at the scheduled date/venue. Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing. You may bring a towel, water and change of clothes. Jewelry is not encouraged.

Fee: Minimal sponsor fee of Php 250 for adults and Php 150 for students. Fee includes your own food, personal ID, U! Happy Events Baller Band and a pen. Your partner kid will also get food, materials and gifts. Payments to be made on the day itself.

Public Transpo: Make your way towards Kalayaan (Taguig side). Take jeepney going through JP Rizal Ext. Get off at Sampaguita St. (busy intersection/KFC/public market). Take tricycle to Umbel St.

Private Vehicle: Take C5. If coming from North, take elevated U-Turn to go left (Kalayaan Ave., Taguig route). If coming from south, turn right at Kalayaan (Taguig route). Turn right at JP Rizal Ext. and follow the road. Turn right at Sampaguita St. (busy intersection/KFC/public market). Should there be a re-routing, right at Amapola, left at Cadena de Amor. Keep going straight till you reach Sampaguita St. (again). Umbel St. will be one of the streets on the right.
