Who is ‘PPCRV’?

Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) is a national parish-based political but non-partisan lay movement. Since 1991, it has worked for Clean, Honest, Accurate, Meaningful, and Peaceful (CHAMP) elections.

It calls for the citizens’ active involvement in social and political transformation through the electoral process. As an accredited Citizen’s Arm of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), it has the following mandates:

- Voter’s Education nationwide, especially for far-flung areas

- Poll-watching in every clustered polling precinct

- Conduct of the Unofficial Parallel Count of the Automated Election System

Through its army of volunteers, PPCRV is again committed to helping the country have a National and Local Elections that is CHAMP this 2022.
