Detailed Description:
Objective of the Event:
Ø A field trip to Teatrino in Promenade Greenhills as we take the kids from Right Start to watch the play Prinsipe Munti (The Little Prince). This aims to expose the kids to different forms of arts/entertainment via the medium of theater.
Ø Volunteers will be the kuyas and ates of the kids for the afternoon. They will be paired/ grouped with the as they watch the play together.
Beneficiary: Right Start seek to provide underprivileged Filipino children with opportunities to tap and attain their full creative potential. This is achieved by giving them access to a friendly, clean and fun environment with engaging activities designed to fuel their passion for life. Right Start believes that by engaging children thru MUSIC, DANCE and CREATIVE ARTS, it is able to intervene in the children’s personal development while they are in their formative years.
Fee: Volunteer to be an Ate/Kuya on Saturday and watch the play with the kids for only PHP500. You can also sponsor a child by donating additional PHP600 for the kids (ticket, food and transportation)
How to get to the venue: Teatrino Theatre, Promenade Greenhills, San Juan City
Public Transpo: Take the bus or jeep to Greenhills Shopping Center (Unimart drop off). Proceed with Promenade (Teatrino located near Starbucks).
Private Vehicle: Proceed to Greenhills Shopping Center. Park at the basement of Teatrino.
