Objective of the Event:

Ø  A field trip to the newest attraction in the metro, KidZania Manila, located in Bonifacio Global City. KidZania Manila is an interactive kids’ play city combining fun and learning through role play for children aged 4-14 years old.

Ø  The field trip aims to expose the kids to different kinds of available professions which they can choose from when they grow up. They will experience first hand application of what it takes to be in that chosen field. Kids will get to explore the ultimate role play environment in town. As their tagline say, KidZania Manila; WHERE KIDS DO BIG THINGS.

Ø  Volunteers will be the kuyas and ates of the kids and will join in the fun as they explore KidZania Manila with the kids. They will assist the kids in the different tasks in each activity area they are in.

Beneficiary: A-HA! Learning Center is a center that provides free tutoring for public school children living in Makati. The center aims to do the following:

ü  to help in the total development of the child, through the values of Jesus Christ

ü  to provide free tutoring and mentoring services to public school children most in need in the community

ü  to create a community of responsible, committed and loving volunteers

Their goal for the students are:

ü  to develop the child holistically

ü  to create independent and resilient thinkers who can think critically, read fluently and comprehend by themselves

ü  to communicate through speech and writing effectively

How to get to the venue: Park Triangle, North 11^th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. The venue is walking distance to Market Market and is near Starbucks drive thru in the Fort.

Fee: Sponsor a child for P700 each (includes child’s ticket, food, transportation and gift). Additional Php500 if you want to Volunteer and be their Ate/Kuya on Oct 3.
