Objective of the Event:

Ø  A music workshop will be given to the kids of Ang Misyon Inc. The workshop would like to tap on the musicality that is innate in every child. The workshop can also give confidence to the kids as they learn a new skill and added discipline as they follow the instructor as the workshop progresses.

Ø  Volunteers will be the kuyas and ates of the kids and will join in as the music workshop happens. There will also be fun games for them to get to know each other better as they spend the afternoon.

Ø  The end of the workshop will feature a recital wherein the kids will get to showcase what they have learned during the whole afternoon.

Beneficiary: Ang Misyon Inc’s goal is to promote and showcase the Philippines as a competitive and significant force in the global stage of the Classical Performing Arts, and to provide avenues for the igniting social change and youth development through the pursuit of excellence in Classical Music, which includes the establishment of relevant musical training programs, related learning institutions, and symphony orchestras or chamber music ensembles primarily for the indigent or underprivileged Filipino youth. How to get to the venue: Benpres Building Parking Area, Exchange Road, Ortigas Pasig City. Benpres Building is beside PSE/Tektite Tower Ortigas (near San Miguel Corp Center). Open parking is available in front for private vehicles. Public jeep and FX pass through Exchange Road.

Fee: Minimal sponsor fee of Php 250 for adults and Php 150 for students. Fee includes your own food, personal ID, U! Happy Events Baller Band and a pen. Your partner kid will also get food, materials and gifts. Payments to be made on the day itself.
