Help us restore the 181-hectare wetland of Las Pinas – Paranaque Wetland Park, known as the “last frontier” in Metro Manila and the first critical habitat established in the Philippines.

Project Objectives:

Help and teach volunteers to identify trash.
Raise awareness of the importance of consumption lifestyle
Lessen the bad effects of climate change by expressing our concern for the environment
Bring people closer to the waste problem so they to see it firsthand and encourage them to change a personal habit

Details:

Registration fee: Php 500.00 (Sacks, permit processing and honorarium and food of Assigned Park Rangers)
Carpooling: (wala pong public transportation going to LPPCHEA) to be discussed with participants

Proper Attire:

Dark-colored, off-shaded clothes
Pants
Shoes or Rainboots
Cap or anything to cover your head from the sun

Participants Need to Bring:

Gardening gloves “Reusable or Rubber”
Sacks
Extra clothes (shirt, pants, and footwear)
Personal hygiene items
Personal First Aid kit
tongs (Optional but recommended)
Water tumbler
Face towel or handkerchief
Raincoat or Umbrella

Q: Can children or high school student volunteers register?
A: Yes, but Minors must be accompanied by an authorized adult guardian(s).

Q: Can I wear colorful and loud colors?
A: If you plan to do bird watching It is highly not recommended as bright colors
