Project name/title: Partnership Builder

Background: 

The goal of iVolunteer is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens. We do this by finding ways for people to get involved and volunteer. In this, community and NGO partners play a key role as they are the ones welcoming and engaging volunteers for us. iVolunteer strives to help people find volunteering opportunities in an advocacy that resonate with them. In order to do this effectively, we will need to find organizations from advocacy and sectors we have too few of today. We will need to partner with new organizations who are interested in having volunteers.

Scope Statement (Expected results/desired outcomes)

Increase the number of active Partner Organizations that will provide diverse and more volunteer opportunity options for our users.

In a way that:

• Five (5) new partners to be recruited (with MOA) in three (3) months.
• Preferably partners in new advocacy areas: PWDs, Indigenous Peoples, Sports/Culture/Arts, Animals, Environment preservation, Disaster Risk Reduction, etc.

Competencies required:

1. Demonstrates the ability to build rapport quickly with NGOs actively listening to their needs and maintaining accurate relationship records.
2. Communicates clearly and concisely in writing ,crafting professional emails and speaks confidently in meetings and presentations.
3. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to respond to changing circumstances and propose innovative solutions.
4. Works effectively in a virtual organization with a start-up culture and collaborates effectively being part of a team
5. Have knowledge or volunteer experience in Mindanao
6. Willing to go on Field Work

Volunteers who will sign up for the role shall be scheduled for a short online interview on July 16-18,2025

Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for the physical Orientation on 19 June 2025.
