iVolunteer Philippines is a non-profit organization (NGO) that is run 100% by Volunteers, who take part in Nation-building as ambassadors of volunteerism.
Role description:
Manage the overall implementation of at least one (2) external event that will promote volunteerism and engage volunteers
Align, develop and implement programs to reach more volunteers
Facilitate the creation of iVolunteer’s Volunteer Community in Mindanao
Manage the volunteer community to ensure volunteers are continuously engaged
Bring insights from the volunteers into iVolunteer for possible programs and events
Engage with the iVolunteer Team for the strategic direction on the development and expansion in the region
Maintain records, event documentations and related reports to track impact
Competencies required:
Strong event management skills, demonstrated by planning, executing, and promoting external events that engage volunteers.
Program development skills, including the ability to design, implement, and refine volunteer outreach initiatives.
Community facilitation skills to grow and nurture a volunteer network, organizing meetups and maintaining active communication channels.
Volunteer engagement skills, with experience in creating feedback loops, recognition programs, and support mechanisms that keep volunteers motivated.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to respond to changing circumstances and propose innovative solutions.
Works effectively in a virtual organization with a start-up culture and collaborates effectively being part of a team
Volunteers who will sign up for the role shall be scheduled for a short online interview on July 16-18,2025
Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for the physical Orientation on 19 June 2025.
