Volunteer Event
Volunteer as a Youth Camp Teacher or Facilitator that dares to go deep—Literally.
This isn’t your usual classroom 👩‍🏫
Think: mud, sea breeze, and kids asking “Unsa ni, Ma’am/Sir?” while holding who knows what!
Are you someone who thrives beyond the classroom walls? 🌊
We’re looking for those who:
- Can create and lead interactive lessons on mangroves and coastal conservation
- Are able to blend science, storytelling, and local wisdom and translate them into action
- Have unlimited patience and energy to help learners connect with the sea through games, reflection, and hands-on discovery
No teaching license needed—as long as di mahadlok masangit sa ugat sa bakhaw AND andam mubiya sa ilang cellphone for a few hours 💪
You’ll mainly lead and/or help facilitate short (about 4 hours) engaging lessons. All materials for the camp will be provided. You’ll sweat. You’ll laugh. You’ll most likely going to get wet! But you’ll inspire and shape young minds to care for the our environment—and each other 💚
Kung andam ka mu-apil sa kalihukan nga makalipay ug makahatag ug ka usaban, reach out! Let’s build #RootsStrong and grow something unforgettable—together.
