Be part of the iVolunteer Philippines staff! We need Revenue Strategy Coordinator!
iVolunteer Philippines is 100% run by volunteers like you. The goal of our organization is to transform individuals into socially active and responsible citizens by way of volunteering. In order to build trust with our stakeholders, it is relevant that the donations that we are receiving are timely acknowledged, recorded, and communicated. This position will present to you an opportunity to further hone your skills while helping iVolunteer inspire more Filipinos to participate in nation-building.
Role description:
1. Assist in developing and refining the organization’s revenue generation strategy aligned with its mission and multi-year strategic plan.
2. Collaborate and act as a liaison between Finance, Partner Relations (PR) pillar, and other necessary pillars to ensure cohesive revenue planning.
3. Support coordination of strategic funding partnerships or innovative finance initiatives, if applicable
4. Ensure accurate documentation and accessibility of financial planning tools and revenue tracking systems.
5. Engage with the rest of the Finance pillar and iVolunteer community to understand the goals and values of the organization.
Competencies required:
1. With knowledge in nonprofit revenue models.
2. Good oral and written communication both in Filipino and English.
3. Has the passion to promote volunteerism in the country.
4. Ability to work across departments and with external partners (as applicable).
5. Professional and accountable as a volunteer.
Volunteers who will sign up for the role shall be scheduled for a short online interview. Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for the Physical Orientation on September 27, 2025, 01:30pm in Makati.
