Application Management: Completing and submitting the official accreditation application forms.
Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on all relevant national and international laws and regulations affecting the organization.
Liaison with Accrediting Bodies: Acting as the primary point of contact with the accreditation body for any queries, site visits, or audits.
Maintaining Accreditation: Overseeing ongoing compliance through regular audits and reviews to ensure continued accreditation.
Policy Development: Create, update, and manage internal policies and procedures to ensure they align with legal requirements and ethical standards.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance-related risks by performing audits and monitoring business operations.
Audits & Assessments: Conduct regular audits to evaluate adherence to policies, regulations, and standards, and oversee corrective actions for any discrepancies.
Training & Communication: Provide training and guidance to employees on regulatory requirements and company policies to foster awareness and a strong compliance culture.
Reporting & Investigation: Investigate alleged violations, respond to issues, report findings to appropriate authorities, and develop corrective action plans.
Qualifications
Available to visit the center if necessary.

Good verbal and communication skills
Trained for the following: Problem Solving, Ethics and Discretion, Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent is a plus but NOT REQUIRED
