The BINHI English Literacy Foundation is an NGO founded in Manila in 2008, to help children ages 5-11 who fall below the reading standards for their grade level. They target children who are at risk of not completing their primary education because of the absence of learning and support in their homes and communities. Their mission is to encourage every Filipino child in school to learn and learn well.
Binhi’s goal this Christmas is to make this season cherished by the children and their families even more. Their wish is to provide noche buena packages for 83 families of this community. The packages will include a variety of ingredients that can add to their Christmas celebration.
