This activity is indeed in celebration of September 8, the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which commemorates the birth of the Virgin Mary.
Volunteers can help create more paper-mâché flowers for the celebration. Your creativity and helping hands will make the activity even more special! Also, we’d love for volunteers to share their ideas, tips, and creative suggestions for at least 30 minutes before the flower-making activity begins. Your creativity and input will help make the activity more meaningful and enjoyable for everyone! Other volunteers will Assist the kids during the activity by guiding them, helping with the materials, and encouraging them as they create their paper-mâché flowers.
The flowers and other creations made during the activity will be offered to Mama Mary in celebration of her birthday. Some of the finished pieces may also be sold to raise funds, with all proceeds going toward meeting the needs and welfare of the children.
