Volunteer Event
The volunteer speaker will facilitate a short discussion of at least 30 minutes and share meaningful insights about Laudato Si’. The presentation should be engaging, interactive, and eye-catching for children, using age-appropriate visuals and activities to help them understand the topic.
Please submit the proposed topic and presentation materials via email (balaypasilungan@yahoo.com) before the scheduled presentation for review and approval.

Volunteer Guidelines and Requirements
We are grateful for your willingness to volunteer and share your time, knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm with the children of the Foundation of Balay Pasilungan, Inc. (FBPI).
1. Volunteer Participation
Volunteers are encouraged to actively participate in the activity and engage with the children in a positive, respectful, and meaningful way.
Please bring only your enthusiasm, willingness to share your knowledge, and a heart ready to serve and learn. Your presence and participation are greatly appreciated.
2. Activity Facilitation
If you are assigned as a volunteer speaker or facilitator, you will be expected to:
- Facilitate a short discussion of at least 30 minutes.
- Share relevant knowledge, experiences, and insights related to the assigned topic.
- Make the presentation engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate, especially for children.
- Submit your proposed topic or discussion material to FBPI through email before the scheduled presentation for review and approval.
3. Volunteer Requirements
All volunteers are required to accomplish the following:
- Volunteer Data Sheet
- Code of Ethics in Working with Children
These forms will be provided and accomplished when the volunteer visits the FBPI office.
4. Logistics and Equipment
FBPI will provide the necessary logistics and equipment for the activity, including:
- Audio speaker
- Microphone
- Projector
Volunteers may bring additional materials or equipment that they feel would help enhance their presentation or activity, subject to prior coordination with FBPI.
5. Transportation
Volunteers are responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation to and from FBPI.
6. Working with Children
All volunteers are expected to observe proper conduct and professional boundaries when interacting with the children. Volunteers must follow FBPI's policies, guidelines, and Code of Ethics in Working with Children at all times.
7. Spirit of Volunteerism
Above all, we value your time, enthusiasm, compassion, and willingness to share. We hope that every volunteer experience will be meaningful, enjoyable, and beneficial to both the children and the volunteers.
