ACTIVITIES:
1. Moving of materials from old site to new site (adjacent lot) [hauling]
IRO has not fully evacuated the old site due to lack of time and manpower. We are slowly moving the dog houses, kennels and other materials from the other site to the new. We need volunteers on a monthly basis to help us fully relocate.
2. Feeding of dogs
Food prep (chopping of vegetables , preparing meat)
Cooking (assisting in the kitchen, preparing cooking pans, actual cooking)
Distribution (portioning cooked food into food bowls, distribution of bowls to designated dogs)
3. Clean-up
Yard clean-up (manilhig sa grass lawn)
4. Moving dogs from old location to new site
Some dogs need to be moved to the new site. Volunteers are needed to help move dogs in carriers from the old site to the new. Old site is located at the adjacent lot of the camp. At least 2-3 volunteers are needed to move one dog carrier. Only caretakers are allowed to secure the dog into the carrier. Volunteers will only assist in the moving, not the dog handling.
