In partnership with General Animal Feed and Nutrition, Inc. (GAFNI) , we are joining Fiesta Royale with a booth to display our merchandise and promote our advocacy. Furparents and pet lovers will be gathering for the Vaccination Drive and it's a chance for us to grow our pet-loving community.

Note: IRO booth will be next to GAFNI's

Call time: 8:00 AM

Program runs from 8 AM - 5 PM.

We need volunteers as booth attendants for the following tasks:

Entertain queries about adoption drive and volunteer events
Receive signups for future adoption events
Selling of IRO merchandise on display
Morning set-up and afternoon wrap-up
Necessary inventory and organization of items
Share about IRO's advocacy and work
Take action photos and videos
Receive donations (in-kind products/items, and cash if necessary)
NEW or first-time IRO volunteers are welcome

Number of volunteers needed: 5

Reminders:

Please bring your own baon for lunch and snacks (Food bazaars are also available around)
Bring your own water/beverage
We are not able to refund transportation costs of volunteers
Lunch would have to be shouldered by each volunteer
Briefing for volunteers will be done in the morning before the program starts. Please come early.

Attire:

Please wear casual and comfortable attire.
This is an outdoor setting and we are assigned a tent, please prepare accordingly. Bring extra clothing if necessary.
